A defining moment in my life is when I moved schools. I was in second grade and I was getting bullied by kids in my grade and kids that were older than me. At first my parents didn't think we needed to move, but then the kids at my school were beating me up and making fun of me so we moved. When I moved to my new school I was really worried that I wouldn't make any friends and that I would be bullied again, but on my first day of school I made tons of friends. Moving to a new school was the best decision my parents ever made.
Another defining moment in my life was when I started reading books. I started reading books when I was still at my old school. I started reading books because I was getting bullied and reading helped me ignore the bullies. Reading is super important to me now and I read all the time.
A defining moment in my life was when I started drawing. I only started drawing because my aunt is an artist and I was spending the week over at her house. While I was at her house she was drawing a picture of a beautiful little girl that she had remembered going to school with. Her drawing of the girl was amazing and it inspired me to start drawing.
